If your prescription is rejected, you'll receive an email with the reason. Common reasons include expired prescriptions or unclear images. You can upload a new prescription anytime.
How long is a prescription valid?
Prescription validity depends on your doctor's instructions and local regulations. Generally, prescriptions are valid for 6-12 months from the date issued.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is $5.99 for orders under $50. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. Same-day delivery is available in select areas for an additional fee.

Can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds
